Recent and Ongoing Functional Experience with OMSCO Projects
Diesel and Hydraulic Services – OMSCO is currently providing diesel and hydraulic services to one of North America's largest underground coal facilities. Onsite work includes general maintenance of engine and transmissions systems, preventive/predictive maintenance of rolling stock equipment and general hydraulic services. Off site work includes engine/transmission rebuilds and general shop and part fabrication work.
Operation and Maintenance of Power/utility Systems – OMSCO is currently providing around the clock service (24/7) for a power plant system that provides heat, steam, water, chilled water and compressed air for a 500,000 square foot rubber manufacturing and processing plant that produces small and large power transmision belts.
Total Plant Maintenance – OMSCO is currently providing total contract maintenance services for a processing plant that encompasses over 500,000 square feet...We currently have 40 maintenance mechanics that provide machine maintenance, fork lift maintenance, capital equipment installation, facility modifications, and data communication installation and support.
Distribution Services – OMSCO currently provides warehousing services which include receiving product, provide data for inventory, fulfill orders package , ship, and load trucks for a $65 million per year operation a year.
Research and Development Facility – OMSCO currently provides all contracted facility services for a R&D facility including HVAC services, test cell setup and maintenance, equipment modifications and maintenance of R&D equipment and facilities. .
Operations and Production Support – OMSCO is currently providing production support for that provides final product finishing, product identification, subassembly and repackaging of both domestic and foreign manufactured product.
Professional Facility Services – OMSCO is currently providing support services which include purchasing, accounting, tool room management, MRO supply warehouse computerized management system, and CAD based machine design. .
Construction Management – OMSCO is currently providing construction management services on an exclusive private club facility. We currently are managing approximately $3M of capital expenditures which also include estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control and safety management.
Maintenance Planning – OMSCO is currently providing planning services that include receiving and distributing work orders, maintenance employee training, customer service improvement, maintenance consulting. OMSCO currently provides maintenance and facility management consulting in a variety of areas including animal control, maintenance systems, maintenance organization al effectiveness, special needs requests.
